You will be joining an existing UX team consisting of a UX Researcher, Front end Developer and a UX Architect.

As a User Interface Designer, you will Work with the UX Architect, Researcher and Front-end Engineers to create designs that can be implemented iteratively, while also aligning with the larger picture of the customer experience.

Key responsibilities;

  • Creating UI designs based on UX research findings, User Journey Maps, target workflows, and user stories, as well as discussions with SMEs.
  • Collaborate with the UX Architect on creating storyboards.
  • Create prototypes to support the development sprints.
  • Proactively communicate the designs with the Frontend Engineers to make sure the designs are feasible.
  • Participate in usability test sessions, and take part in discussing the findings and takeaways.
Key skills;

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as UI designer, with a solid understanding of UX.
  • Have experience from designing developer tools, data analytics tools, IT, or complex enterprise/business software.
  • Have a portfolio showcasing your designs.
  • Have experience creating design prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
  • Have demonstrable experience of working in a multidisciplinary, agile development team using Scrum or similar lean approaches.


This position is based in Cambridgeshire, however the company offer a very flexible working approach with the role being predominantly homebased.
