You will be joining an existing UX team consisting of a UX Researcher, Front end Developer and a UX Architect.

As a User Interface Designer, you will Work with the UX Architect, Researcher and Front-end Engineers to create designs that can be implemented iteratively, while also aligning with the larger picture of the customer experience.

Key responsibilities;

Creating UI designs based on UX research findings, User Journey Maps, target workflows, and user stories, as well as discussions with SMEs.
Collaborate with the UX Architect on creating storyboards.
Create prototypes to support the development sprints.
Proactively communicate the designs with the Frontend Engineers to make sure the designs are feasible.
Participate in usability test sessions, and take part in discussing the findings and takeaways.

Key skills;

Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as UI designer, with a solid understanding of UX.
Have experience from designing developer tools, data analytics tools, IT, or complex enterprise/business software.
Have a portfolio showcasing your designs.
Have experience creating design prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
Have demonstrable experience of working in a multidisciplinary, agile development team using Scrum or similar lean approaches.

This position is based in Cambridgeshire, however the company offer a very flexible working approach with the role being predominantly homebased.
