The role


Working as part of a flexible and nationally distributed Associate Lecturer Services team, the role holder is responsible for the development and documentation of processes and procedures associated with the recruitment, employment and payment of Associate Lecturers, coordination and IT support for Tutor Student allocation and tutorial timetabling, and the provision of advice and management information to staff in faculties and other central units.

Adhering to agreed schedules they support decision-making and operational planning through the production of high quality and accurate management information and data that ensures delivery of high-quality administrative activities and contributes to continuous improvement


Skills and experience

  • A good standard of general education including Maths and English.
  • Ability to extract, manipulate and present data using MS Excel.
  • Planning and organisational skills with the ability to work and prioritise tasks whilst working with detailed procedures.
  • Ability to take ownership of and resolve problems using initiative where needed to provide solutions_._
