We are delighted to announce this exciting new
Band 7 OT Reablement Unit Team Manager opportunity in Taunton.

This new role provides an opportunity for growth and development both clinically and as a leader.

The post holder will sit within the community bedded pathway reablement units in the Taunton Cluster, offering occupational therapy support to patients who require reablement and assessment before returning home.

The post holder will also support and manage our team of bedded rehab unit therapists, working alongside nursing, adult social care, discharge and support teams within care home locations in and around Taunton, providing clinical leadership and working closely with the Bedded Manager in promoting reablement.
