Description
We are recruiting for a caretaker to work for a fantastic organisation based in Cambridge. They're looking for someone who can join the team immediately and work with them on an ongoing basis. The role is a Monday to Friday position based on a 36.5 hour week.


Typical duties include:

  • Cleaning of meeting rooms and garden areas,
  • Dealing with on site contractors
  • Helping with routine maintenance repairs (changing lightbulbs, installing shelving or general DIY tasks)
  • Checking security control systems and raising any problems that have arisen.
  • Previous experience working within a similar role
  • Able to carry out basic maintenance tasks.
  • Good communication skills and able to interact with all building users.
  • Experienced using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 1-2 weeks


Salary:
£11.50-£13.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

In person
