Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant

Company Overview:
The company is a fast-growing recruitment agency in the life science field with 70 people. We have a sociable and supportive culture and welcome trainees in five days a week. Our seniors are allowed to work from home for 1/2 days.

Description of the Role:

The role involves working on both Perm and Contract positions in the life science field, with training in an academy style.

They offer 360-degree recruitment services and provide continued training throughout the job.

Training:
Training will take place in an academy with 10-12 people. You will be straight on the desk and receive continued training throughout.

Salary:

The salary is £24K, with an increase to £25K after completing the three-month probation period. UNCAPPED COMISSION
