Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team.
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative and customer service skills.Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assist with the processing of sales orders and invoices
- Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in our database
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferred
- Familiarity with sales administration processes is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent time management skills
