Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team.

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Duties:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Assist with the processing of sales orders and invoices
• Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in our database
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferred
• Familiarity with sales administration processes is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent time management skills

£35,500.00-£38,700.00 per year
