Sales Administrator duties include (but not limited to):

  • Ensure Sales orders are processed to agreed timescales including Key Account priorities, dealing with and issuing any relevant customer correspondence efficiently.
  • Set up and work in Customer Portal systems for digital transfer of information.
  • Liaise with Finance on new account creation prior to order processing if necessary
  • Complete, log and provide all export paperwork required eg end user declarations, certificates of origin, paperwork for shipping.
  • Organising direct shipping from factories to customers
  • Weekly updating of stock on orders once the products have been updated in the ERP system. Providing customer back order reports
  • Manage configuration requests, liaising with Stores and Engineers to get the items ready for orders.

About you
Previous experience of using an ERP system (SAP) including report creation would be ideal.

We are looking for someone who is committed to providing excellent customer service.

Ideally, you will thrive in a busy, high pressurised environment; have strong administration and excel skills and the ability to prioritise workload within a fast-paced environment.


To be successful in this role you will be extremely organised, have high attention to detail and be a great team player.
