The Role
We are seeking a Building Surveyor to join our well-established team.

As a valued team member, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of Building Surveying tasks, providing support to our team.

Your duties will encompass core building surveying responsibilities across all sectors with the main priority to help grow and develop our new social housing service offering.

In this role, you will directly engage with clients and stakeholders, overseeing various design, project management, and contract administration activities.

Additionally, you will conduct thorough condition surveys and provide expert guidance on building-related matters. Your responsibilities will also include generating detailed written reports and aiding in dilapidations activities.

This position presents a significant opportunity for a skilled Building Surveyor with an established social housing background to make a substantial impact within a collaborative and professional environment.


About you


Aligned to our ethos and values you will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional service and have a proven track record of successfully completing projects in accordance with our clients' expectations.

A Building Surveying Degree or equivalent qualification is essential.

Prior experience in a similar role is also essential, preferably within the social housing sector, with demonstrated technical expertise in these areas.

We are looking for a team player who is well organised, methodical, has excellent communication skills and thrives in a busy and diverse environment.

PAS 2035 or PAS 2038 Retrofit qualifications would be advantageous. Proficiency in IT and particularly in AutoCAD, is essential.
