A great opportunity to join a growing City based insurance operation for an individual ideally with a Lloyd's background.

The role is to join an expanding function with key duties including:

• Staff management
• The full day to day running of the Credit Control function
• The development of enhanced processes in line with company growth and providing greater support to the business
• Collaboration with key related functions in the business including Underwriting Operations, Delegated Operations and senior / board level individuals
• The production of insightful MI and the development of new metrics
• Developing external relationships with brokers to expediate resolution of outstanding matters
• Ownership of the relationship with the outsource providers and additionally managing SLA's
• Responsible for a robust control environment with risk monitoring and process development.
• The role will contain an element of projects and in particularly new business elevation.
