My client has an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Consultant to join a forward thinking company working in Financial Services

What you will do/Job Responsibilities

Maintain conversations with customers whilst building rapport through both inbound and outbound telephone calls plus other customer interactions
Deal efficiently and effectively with all enquiries, in accordance with procedures and standards.
Ensure compliance with our regulators
Financial Conduct Authority and Information CO
Maintaining correct customer records on a CRM and online Application
Support staff in the achievement of company performance targets and individual weekly/monthly KPI's
Communicate with both Management and team members in a constructive and positive manner.
Ensure high standards of customer service are adhered to throughout all customer interactions journeys
Display a professional & positive attitude

Experience Requirements
