    Quality Coordinator Role Summary

    ">

    This is an exciting opportunity to join our food manufacturing team as a Quality Coordinator. As a key member of the technical department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety across our UK operations.

    You will work closely with the Technical Manager to maintain compliance with relevant standards and regulations, identifying and communicating any deviations or areas for improvement.

    Your duties will include completing technical reports, administering databases, inspecting raw materials and finished products, contributing to customer complaint investigations, and auditing site production and technical traceability.

    You will also be responsible for calibrating measuring equipment, generating quality statements, and contributing to the improvement of site standards through GMP audits and other initiatives.

    In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to step up and cover in the absence of the Technical Coordinator, as well as complete fabrication and glass audits.

    The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills, who is passionate about delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Completion of technical information for internal and external reports
    • Administration of various databases
    • Inspection and assessment of raw materials and finished products against specification
    • Contribution to customer complaints investigations
    • Audit of site production and technical traceability
    • Generation of quality statements (Certificates of Analysis)
    • Calibration of measuring equipment (probes and scales)
    • Coverage of Technical Coordinator's duties in their absence
    • Completion of GMP Audits and contribution to improvement of site standards
    • Execution of Fabrication and Glass and brittle material Audits
