The Company:

UK FM division of a group of construction companies who are market leaders in their respective fields.
The FM division manages stand alone hard services contracts and fully integrated TFM contracts UK wide.

Purpose of Job:

Reporting into the Contract Manager, you will be 95% off the tools, looking after a team of c10 engineers and your client base will include schools, colleges and commercial buildings in the Bristol / South West region.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor / Manage PPM and reactive maintenance throughout the site. Price additional works.
Manage specialist sub-contractors
To ensure statutory compliance onsite.
Identify and rectify any SLA / KPI failures.

The Person

You must have previous experience of supervising a small team and have progressed from a heating, electrical or air-conditioning background.

The Salary & Package
Basic c£40,000 to £43,000
8% pension
25 days holiday - option to buy 5 more
Private use of van / 30 minutes travel each way.
BUPA - individual
Can do 2 days a year for charity and get paid for it
Life insurance - after 36 months service, 2/3 salary is paid including pension contributions until you are 65 (just life a critical illness insurance policy)
40 hours per week.
