Description

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Business Administrator to join our office team for a variety of tasks.

The job will suit a self-starter who is highly motivated and who is able to use their own initiative but can also listen and learn whilst on the job.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Create and maintain employee files.
  • Creating and maintaing office files.
  • Provide an efficient and effective office administration service by answering the telephone, taking messages, filing and scanning documents.
  • Support estimating and sales by in putting information into EXEL
  • Assist with quote preparation
  • Minute taking
  • Support managers in the general admin area
  • Sending out quotes and chasing them up
  • Researching into new leads.
  • Outreach sales activities.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Requirements and prospects desired skills:
Time Management

Client Liaison

Team and Self-Motivation

Computer Literate - MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.

Ability to work efficiently and effectively.


Salary:
From £21,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Wolverhampton, WV1 4BL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Business Administration: 1 year (preferred)
