Recruitment officer, flexible/hybrid working
£27,232-£28,665 plus generous benefits


Contract: 3-6 months


Full time/Part time:35 hours (net); flexible working considered

What Works for Children's Social Care (WWCSC) and the Early Intervention Foundation (WWEICSC) are merging.

Our new single What Works centre, initially operating under the name What Works for Early Intervention and Children's Social Care (WWEICSC), will cover the full range of support for children and families from preventative approaches, early intervention, and targeted support for those at risk of poor outcomes, through to support for children with a social worker, children in care, and care leavers.


In our fast-paced People team we are seeking an exceptional recruitment officer to provide efficient and effective support in all aspects of recruitment administration and onboarding.

We are looking for a person who has excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure. You will have experience in a similar role and have an in depth knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.

It is essential for the right person to be a collaborative colleague with strong administration skills and the ability to keep track of multiple projects, who also has an understanding of the principles of data protection and ensuring equity in the recruitment process.
