We are a dynamic and forward thinking independent agency with two offices in the North Cotswolds and are well established in both sales and lettings.

The husband and wife owners have recently moved from London and are keen to enhance what is already a fantastic business, and ultimately grow the network which will provide our team with opportunities to progress their career and personal development and increase their earnings.

Main Duties

Taking calls and qualifying new applicants
Booking and carrying out viewings with prospective buyers
Agreeing sales and meeting targets
Calling through the database to generate market appraisal leads and generate new business
Feeding back to vendors and managing their expectations
Negotiating between both parties to reach a mutually beneficial position
Managing the sales progression from the offer being agreed right through to contracts being exchanged

Person / Skills

A friendly and polite disposition
Confident in communicating with a wide range of people
Keen to learn and happy to take direction from senior members of the team
Hardworking and selfmotivated
Work as part of dynamic team focused on achieving excellent financial results
Ability to be composed in an environment that can be frenetic and fast passed, but also be proactive during periods where activity levels are lower
Must have a clean driving licence and own vehicle

Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
