Role:
Composite Technician


Location:
Abingdon, Oxfordshire


Salary:
£20,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)

Premier Group are looking to bring on a Composite Technician, to join a growing design and manufacturing company near Abingdon.

The role will be based within the manufacturing team, assisting with the building and production of designs.


Required Experience:


  • Experience with composite materials ideally fiberglass
  • Experience within the Automotive, Transportation or Marine sectors is desired
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A level of commercial awareness, solving problems, eliminating wastes and risks

The role:


  • Supporting the production manager
  • Pattern sealing and preparation for moulding
  • Reading and interpreting drawings/specifications
  • Adhering to health and safety within the workplace
  • Surface finishing
  • Maintain the production facility
  • Tool maintenance
