We are looking for an interim
Head of Growth and Marketing, Global Markets to join cover a period of maternity leave.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced driver of business growth to join a small but extremely effective New Business team.


As a part of our team, you'll not only drive impactful results but also play a pivotal role in fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.


Our new Head of Growth and Marketing will:

  • Take on a senior leadership role and be responsible for driving business growth and effective operations of the business
  • Effectively drive and lead new business pursuits that result in new and incremental business wins
  • Develop strategic recommendations and programs that deliver meaningful business results
  • Serve as a key player in working with senior leaders to hunt/prospect new and incremental business opportunities
  • Drive relationship building and networking across industry/specialty and market location in a borderless capacity
  • Develop global markets capabilities, content and consistent messaging across markets to drive innovation pipeline
