A Snapshot of Your Day
As Regional Head of Commercial Project Management you willlead and manage a capable team of Commercial Project Managers (CPMs).


Together you will partner with the Sales and Executionfunctions in delivering successful bids and execution of multi-million Eurointernational projects, bringing both value to our customers and the business.


How You'll Make an Impact


In this role, you and your team will be the projectentrepreneur responsible for commercial and financial aspects of the projectportfolio within your area of responsibility.


  • Team Leadership
  • Leading a Regional CPM teamresponsible for financial & commercial aspects of project bids/execution
  • Entrepreneurship & Collaboration
  • Coleadthe projects portfolio together with Project Management (PM) Team in managingand optimizing targeted financial results (e.g. improvement in project grossprofit through Risk and Opportunity management, improved cash & assetsposition and financing instruments)


  • Customer Focus

  • Actively manage customerrelationships and expectations together with PM team


  • Stakeholder relationships

  • Ensure that regularinterface is adhered with all relevant internal and external stakeholders suchas Product Portfolio Management Regional Teams, Central Finance, HR, QualityManagement, EHS, customers, suppliers, consortium partners.
  • Manage all commercial and financial topicsthroughout the entire sales/bid process (contract analysis, cost calculation,business models, financing concepts, currency, payment securities, insurances,export control, tax and delegation concept etc) and ensure Limits of Authority(LoA) compliance
  • Responsible for all project financials
  • Risk, contract and claims management
  • Ensurethat all commercial risks are identified, assess, respond, monitor, report allcommercial risks, e.g. calculation, tax, insurances, currency


  • Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with relevantguidelines, e.g. Accounting, Business Conduct, Limits of Authority, Tax,Transfer Pricing, Export Control, Permanent Establishment management, DelegatedLevels of Authority, hedging/ currency regulations)

What You Bring

  • 10 years of commercially managing complexexternal customer projects
  • Worked with international projects andmulticultural environment
  • Direct interfacing with external stakeholders(suppliers, customers or partners)
