Sales Negotiator

West Bridgford

Salary:
£23,500 Basic / £35,000OTE
Our residential Sales department in West Bridgford are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic full time
Sales Negotiator.

Duties Include:

Liaising with vendors and prospective buyers
Updating vendors and purchasers
Arranging viewings and valuations
Maximise all business opportunities and refer solicitor and mortgage leads
Negotiating on offers
General office tasks
Progress property sales through to exchange and completion
Canvass and prospect in order to engage and win new business

The Sales Negotiator must:

Have a
minimum of 1 year's estate agency experience.
Understand the estate agency process
Have excellent communicational skills and telephone manner
Have good negotiation skills
Be well presented
Be proactive

Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday and every 3rd Saturday 9.00am - 3.00pm.

Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
£23,500.00-£35,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
