IAPT Senior Employment Advisor

Full Time Band 5 plus 5% Fringe HCAS benefit
This is an exciting time to be joining us.

We are expanding our existing employment support services, so we will be in a position to support anyone struggling with their mental health wellbeing.

In addition to looking for a team of Employment Advisors to work Inclusion Thurrock IAPT service users, we are looking to recruit a Senior Employment Advisor to lead the team.

The Senior Employment Advisor will report to and work alongside our IPS Grow IPS Employment Service Team Lead.

Together you will take learning from the high performing IPS Employment Service and use these resources to implement this new IAPT Employment support service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual, with leadership skills, who is creative and can be sensitive to support needs of the new team and clients being supported to enable them to move back into the work place or support those who are already in employment to both maintain their roles and to thrive.
