Complex share valuation is becoming an increasingly valuable part of any forensic accounting team's service offering.

This award-winning firm has been at the forefront in the development of share valuations, acting both on behalf of clients directly andoften supporting other major firms of accountants.

As part of the forensic team, you will offer advice around share value in relation to disputes, tax and financial reporting.

You will need to be a fully qualified accountant, most likely ACA - ICAEW, CA - ICAS or ACCA with strong attention to detail, good reportwriting skills and excellent interpersonal communication.

You most likely will currently work in share valuations or forensic accounting, or possibly have built up experience within a tax department or transaction services / financial due diligence team.

The role has a great mix of technical and commercial aspects, with the opportunity to assist with marketing the service line should you wish.
