Contracts Manager_** to join our team within Lovell North West & North Wales region (Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, and Lancashire, based at our North West regional office in Altrincham.


The successful applicant will report directly to the Regional Head of Operations and will assume overall responsibility for a number of New Build developments within our area of operations.


The role requires the development of positive working relationships with both internal and external customers/clients with strong emphasis placed on ensuring that quality and Client satisfaction against project specific KPI's are achieved.


Ideally MCIOB, commercially astute, customer focussed and a team player who is able to demonstrate strong inter-personal skills, people management skills with strong proven management and communication skills are also a prerequisite.
