ASSOCIATE - REAL ESTATE My clients real estate commercial team deals with all legal aspects of the acquisition, disposal, development, letting and management of property, including the financing of transactions, planning, construction and any propertylitigation matters.

The multidisciplinary team advises on development across residential, commercial, retail and mixed use real estate. Role Overview In joining this firm as an Associate in the Real Estate department, you will have well rounded commercialproperty experience, and experience of the following;
- residential development from acquisition to site set-up;
- conditional contracts;
- options;
- landlord and tenant;

  • Proven ability to take on responsibility and manage files, independently where appropriate;
  • Strong client focus and a commitment to service delivery; and
  • Drive and enthusiasm;
  • Commercial awareness;
  • Credibility;and
