Description

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Co Ordinator to provide excellent administration support to our established Fire Safety Team, based at our Head Office in Hinckley.


The role requires you to provide a diverse range of administration support to our Fire Safety Consultants, so excellent organisational skills are essential.

You will also need to have a good understanding of Microsoft Office 365 products, be an effective communicator and enjoy working within a busy team environment.

You will also enjoy using your initiative to organise your working day effectively.


The Fire Safety Co-Ordinator will work closely with the Associate Director (Fire Safety) to schedule, monitor and effectively coordinate, fire safety activities across the Salus business portfolio, through the delivery and execution of our Corporate Fire Safety Plan.


As a confident communicator, you will enjoy being a part of our growing team of professionals, helping to enhance our excellent reputation through exceptional client interaction.

Your role will also include researching, planning and organising future seminars and bespoke client CPD events.

Your contribution to our success will be actively supported by our Associate Director through regular and annual performance reviews.

We will ensure that we support you in your career and give you the necessary skills, training and competences to be fully engaged in your role and feel a valuable part of our fire safety team.

Experience in the Fire safety Sector is not essential as full training will be given to learn our systems and procedures by working alongside our excellent Technical Administration team.

Our salaries are very competitive and will be commensurate with your skills, knowledge and administration experience.

In return we offer an excellent package, 27 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holidays and contributory pension scheme.


A valid full driving licence is required as you will, on occasions, be required to attend other company offices or locations.
