As a
3D Designer in our Environments team you will be a part of a dynamic, creative team working with some of the world biggest brands to design exhibition booths and environments that inspire lasting change.

Projects will range from large stands at global congress exhibitions, to pop-up installations in retail environments, to immersive experiences at live and virtual events.

You will work as a core part of the team responsible for the creation of concepts that deliver on client expectations whilst challenging the norm in exhibition and environment design.

Our office is based in Manchester, however we will provide the opportunity to work flexibility between the office and from home.
A portfolio showing examples of work must be submitted.

What will you be doing

Designing engaging exhibition stands and environments both for the physical and virtual worlds
Working alongside other creatives, client teams, internal and external stakeholders such as Health & Safety and suppliers
Understanding and interpreting client content and brand messaging
Creating high quality 3D visuals using industry standard software, such as Cinema 4D and the Adobe Creative Suite
Attending pitch presentations to propose designs to clients
Producing indepth technical drawings to help guide the stand production process with experience using Vectorworks being beneficial
Liaising with manufacturing contractors to monitor quality and finish of deliverables
Travelling both nationally and internationally to exhibition destinations to ensure the execution of designs whilst building client relationships
Mentoring and inspiring more junior members of the team

What do you need to have

Relevant experience of highquality exhibition design
Evidence of creation of exceptional ideas and designs
An indepth technical understanding of exhibition stand building techniques
Strong team working skills, highly collaborative
Keen eye for detail
An awareness of cost and ability to design to a budget
Tenacity and resilience to make concepts a reality
Positive/can do attitude
