Working with them, you will provide a personalised work pack and and log their progress, liaising with their families as needed and reporting into the Deputy Headteacher weekly to ensure positive outcomes for every student.

Their isolated time in Ready To Learn will prepare them for returning to the classroom.

This rewarding role is a real chance to make a difference to the lives of the young people in our school community.

You will have a passion for supporting young people and a desire to help them develop confidence and skills to deal with the daily challenges they face.

You will be part of the wider pastoral team, working with the teachers, Attendance Officer and the Leadership Team.
