Macildowie are working with an established business based in Leicestershire who are looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager.

About the role:

Contact clients to promote the services we offer
Upsell and crosssell additional products
Liaise with underwriters regarding new proposals
Adhere to compliance requirements
To maintain a high degree of product knowledge
Have experience in delivering amazing customer service
Have experience in talking to people over the phone, with the ability to easily build rapport with customers
Have strong active listening skills
Enjoy working in a fastpaced sales team
Are motivated to achieve positive results and reach targets
Computer Literate (basic of Microsoft packages)
