Job Title:
Operations Assistant
On Side Hospitality are here to bring clients a fabulous and memorable experience, whether it's a day out at the races or VIP access to their favourite event we are on your side from beginning to end to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience.
The Operations assistant will report directly to the head of operations and is also responsible for supporting the Sales Team, the Company Directors & the overall business success.
You must be able to see the big picture as well as the finer details, as your work is across the spectrum.
You will deal in small daily matters, all the way through to the managing of the larger projects & events.
A systematic organised approach to work is vital.
Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills, for dealing with many types of people at all levels in a direct diplomatic way, are essential.
Having natural creative flair and being full of ideas and energy to introduce new concepts and innovations would also be advantageous.

Responsibilities:
- Help to manage the daily operations of the department in an efficient and effective manner
- Pre event management collecting required information from clients and liasing with suppliers to ensure all requirements are met in order to guarantee smooth running of events
- Manage ticket dispatch for all events
- Provide support at events to ensure an excellent client experience
- Post Event support
- Deal with any ad hoc requests from clients and ensure excellent customer service
- Keep event communications and marketing materials up to date
- General admin tasks
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Willing to travel to events
Team player
Reliable and punctual
Salary:
From £22,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
