We are looking for a Customer Service Apprentice who is enthusiastic, proactive, and excited by a challenge.

We want a Customer Service Apprentice who is:

• Focused on continuously providing outstanding customer service and care
• Able to multitask, organise their workload in line with business need and pay attention to detail
• A confident communicator, comfortable interacting with clients over the phone and in writing
• A team player that is flexible, selfmotivated and able to work on their own initiative when necessary
• Committed to keeping their product and sector knowledge up to date
• Willing to learn, with a cando attitude
• Able to follow best practice guidelines and procedures
• Honest and trustworthy.

You must be happy to complete all pre-employment checks, including criminal records and credit checks.

Ideally, we would like our apprentice to have some experience of working in an administrative role, have an understanding of insurance products and services and have GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, but if you are interested in the financial sector and have the desire to succeed, we want to talk to you.

During your apprenticeship, you will:

• Work with a Training and Development Coach to create a professional development plan that is personalised to your needs.
• Attend monthly, online Masterclasses on topics such as financial regulations, customer service, communication and problem solving.
• Receive 1:1 support from Coaches who have considerable experience of working in the financial services sector.
• Get sixhours of study time, away from your desk, per week.
• Be able to attend workshops and guest speaker seminars.
