The Business Support role requires you to be able to multitask, prioritise workloads, communicate with various organisations, previous experience of using Microsoft office packages is essential.
Role activities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer all incoming calls to the main switchboard for Clients.
- Greet and manage visitors, suppliers, contractors, and the general public.
- Task management for the building and occupants.
- Distributing and franking of office mail.
- Management of the building/room booking systems.
- Coordinate all event requests, catering requests and communicate room layout changes.
- Assist with basic IT troubleshooting.
- Assist with coordination and delivery of Fire Evacuation drills, building inductions, Health and Safety tool talks.
The team is required to be multi-skilled and able to provide a number of support functions as and when required.
It is essential that the team is able to support each other in their respective roles and provide a flexible approach as work requires.
Hours on site for the team is 07:4- 18:00 Monday to Friday and would be discussed at the interview stage.
This role has a true community and team spirit at its core, building and maintaining relationships with the team, Key and community is an integral part.

Part-time hours: 15 per week
Pay:
£10.90 per hour
