Heart of House Porter to join the
Food & Beverage Department at Raffles London at the OWO.

Reporting into
Heart of House Manager, you will be responsible for providing the appropriate support to the various Food & Beverage outlets and front of office.

Specifically, as the
Heart of House Porter, your responsibility's will include:

Maintaining of crockery, glassware, cutlery
Maintaining stock of all items that relate to BOH.
Understanding of the business needs
Organising the BOH stores to an acceptable standard
Managing of waste disposal and recycling
Organising and cleaning of the loading bay
Organising of deliveries and distributing them to the appropriate place.

Who are we looking for?

A proven track record and ability to provide high levels of service under pressure
Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken
An understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24h operational schedule when required.
Good etiquette and presentation
Good understanding of working in a department that provides assistance to multiple outlets
Understanding of health and safety, food safety, and COSHH
