£35,000 - £42,000**S Knights Recruitment are a specialist Employability and Skills recruitment agency. We recruit for Colleges and Training providers across the UK.

Introduction

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with customers, government bodies and other stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategies for selling apprenticeships, levy and nonlevy.
Identify and explore new opportunities to expand the apprenticeship programme.
Analyse targets and performance data to monitor and measure the success of the business development strategies.
Provide regular reports on the progress of the apprenticeship programme.
Provide detailed advice and guidance to customers on the apprenticeship process.
Negotiate and implement contracts with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulations.
Design, develop and deliver effective training programmes for customers and staff.
Attend industry and networking events to promote the apprenticeship programme.
Manage the budget for the business development activities.
Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.

Skills and Qualifications:

A degree in business, marketing, education or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Apprenticeship Levy, selling apprenticeships, levy and nonlevy.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Ability to analyse data and develop effective strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
