What you'll be doing

The role is responsible for meeting & group bookings that have confirmed from the Heathrow Sales Office (HSO) and for handling Social Events from enquiry to implementation.

The Event Executive is the customer's main point of contact, ensuring every detail of their event is communicated to our Operations team and executed to perfection.

The role has a strong focus on maximising sales for the hotel, working with members of the service delivery teams and ensuring a high quality end product.

You will ensure all hotel events have a seamless turnover from sales to service and back to sales.

You will also recognise opportunities to maximize revenue by up-selling and offering enhancements to create a better overall event and fantastic memorable occasion for our customers.

What we're looking for

Great conversational skills and teamworkoriented
Positive outlook and outgoing personality
Computer literate
Strong communicator and confident
Previous hotel customer service experience desired
Previous experience planning events is a big plus but not essential

This is a full time position (40 hours), mostly Monday to Friday but occasional evenings and weekends may be required to host clients and meet business needs.
