Due to an internal promotion, we are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our extremely busy school office.

You must be flexible in your approach to the wide range of duties the post entails.

As one of the first points of contact for visitors and callers you must be able to represent the values of the school and ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are adhered to.


To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a good sense of humour
  • Be willing to contribute towards the positive ethos of the school.
  • Be able to prioritise work to meet conflicting deadlines.
  • Be able to manage working at pace whilst receiving constant interruptions throughout the day.
  • Be motivated, enthusiastic and be able to work with and support a diverse range of people, working under direction and on your own initiative.
  • Be able to maintain accurate records and to track the progress of your own work.
  • Be IT literate and able to use a variety of software packages, including the school's Management Information System (Integris), Microsoft Word and Excel.
