Role Description
***The purpose of the role is to support the Head of R&D and chefs with project tracking, submission of paperwork, critical path management with customer ownership. Supporting the R&D Chefs in the management of our recipe systems and working in line with our standard ways of working and current process flow. Proactively managing various tasks and delivering top class supportive paperwork which in turn helps support the growth of our business by winning in the marketplace.

Key responsibilities for the Project Coordinator are:

  • To maintain the gold standard customer service in support of the R&D managers. To support the Head of R&D with strategic project management
  • Positive integration into the R&D/NPI team maintaining the strong team culture & engagement.
  • Positive feedback from our customers with launches and all requests delivered on time & at a high standard.
  • Demonstrating a clear understanding of the Pilgrims concept to launch process.
  • Successful launch of new products to market

Skills and Experience

  • You will have solid project admin skills, preferably from a food manufacturing background, but not essential
  • Previous role within R&D with 12 years supporting the management of customers and critical paths desirable
  • Highly organized multitasker with attention to detail
  • Tenacious goes that extra mile to achieve results and deliver excellent service
