Purchasing Administrator - Fleet, United Kingdom - Priority Appointments

Our forward thinking client is looking for an individual that is positive, pro-active, loyal, and looking for a long-term position to support their growing business.
As the Purchasing Administrator you will be responsible for sales order processing all the way through to deliveries. We are looking for a detail orientated and hard working individual to join this welcoming and friendly teamAs the Purchasing Administrator you will enjoy:

- Monday to Thursday 9am5pm and working from home on Fridays 8:30am4:30pm
- 21 days holiday plus Bank holiday ( 3 for Christmas shutdown)

As the Purchasing Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Sales order processing through to customer deliveries direct from China
- Placing purchase orders for Customer Direct shipments
- Maintaining and raising new product codes where necessary
- Following up sample requirements for new and existing products
- Ensuring all packaging requirements are met for new products with the factories
- Stock replenishment for existing warehouses were required
To succeed as the Purchasing Administrator you will need:
- Must have a knowledge of FOB sales and purchases (ideally)
- A cando attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An organised approach with excellent attention to detail
- Experience of actively participating in a team environment, whilst demonstrating the capability to work independently
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent IT skills
- Knowledge of accounting systems
