Description

Purpose

Testing of houses and flats to measure how draughty they as part of meeting energy requirements to reduce CO2 emissions.

Role

• Call site managers to confirm arrangements for visits
• Drive to building sites
• Calculate the size of the property on site or from drawings
• Install fan into doors of properties being tested
• Undertake pressure testing to calculate air leakage and identify air paths
• Produce test certificates

Requirements:

• Experience of working on construction sites
• Problem solving ability
• Fast learner
• Reasonable mathematics ability able to calculate areas
• Able to carry equipment around sites
• Clean driving licence
• Health and safety awareness
• Able to work independently

No experience of testing required, all training provided

Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Yearly bonus

- construction site: 1 year (preferred)
