About Our Client:


The financial services client based in the City of London is an established and successful investment manager with a culture dedicated to providing the best possible service, based on the experience and professionalism of the founders and team.

The core duties of the Senior Wealth Planning Administrator are as follows:

  • Produce and prepare accurate and timely reports and presentations for clients and internal meetings
  • Assist with the preparation of client meetings, including the production of agendas, meeting packs, and postmeeting followup
  • Work with the Head of Wealth Planning to design and implement processes and procedures to support the Wealth Planning team
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, their advisers, and internal colleagues
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant:

The requirements for the Senior Wealth Planning Administrator are as follows:

  • Previous administrative experience within wealth planning for HNW private clients.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent numeracy, strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work on own initiative and take ownership of tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

What's on Offer:

Competitive salary of £42,000-£47,000 plus salary and full benefits package

Hybrid working, 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH
