About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a French speaking Customer Success Executive who can work closely with the French/Swiss customer base within this fantastic non
- profit organisation. Their platform has assisted donors and fundraisers to ultimately raise as much moneyas possible for such amazing organisations around the world.


They are looking to really crack the UK market and in order to do this looking to bring on a CSE who is not afraid to get stuck in.


Working closely with the Head of New Business you will firstly assist with winning new business and then focusing on nurturing your portfolio ensuring they see value from the partnership.

It is critical you are confident in a sales environment as you willbe involved in winning new business before transitioning into focusing on your portfolio of customers.


As a customer Success Executive your key responsibility is to support customers by building strong, healthy relationships and nurturing these relationships to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Help clients see value in the partnership and work to growthe relationship though networking and account penetration.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the sales team to onboard nonprofits and support them with their fundraising strategies.
  • Ensure effective engagement with partners.
  • Assist with managing fundraising campaigns for our partners' events
  • Proactively advise your portfolio of customers on multiple channels and strategies to maximise their fundraising activities.
  • Feedback and work closely with the product and marketing team, ensuring the voice of the customers are being heard.
  • Be accountable for customer success management and key account management
  • Develop a regional business network.
  • Work with the Head of New Business to develop and execute regional marketing strategy.
  • Learn about the market and industry, developing a deep knowledge and becoming an expert in the space.
  • Build advocacy by building a strong brand.
  • Generate progress reports and understand the number drivers.
  • Monitor customer support issues in the region
  • MUST be fully fluent in French and English (Written and spoken)
  • Must be confident in a sales environment you will working
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Proactive problem solver and selfstarter.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders.
