The business's main product is a web-based platform delivering world-class literacy and language resources designed to engage learners, support educators, and involve parents.
Role Responsibilities:
- Build positive and effective relationships with stakeholders in the education sector to establish training and support needs.
- Deliver engaging and highquality training to stakeholders and plan for and develop additional training and support materials as required.
- Support the development and delivery of online and inperson events for customers with a product and curriculum focus.
- Work with the broader Education Engagement Team to develop and deliver initiatives that support customers.
- Support the business and team with admin related tasks including, for example, invoicing and event set up.
- Accurately maintain training and customer records.
- Evaluate and improve offerings as part of ongoing development work.
As Education Engagement Lead, you will:
- Have experience working as a primary teacher in Scotland with a good understanding of Curriculum for Excellence.
- Have experience of curriculum leadership or management in school with literacy or digital learning preferred.
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Be confident working independently and as part of a team, both in person and in remote situations.
- Be competent in using ICT and proactive in developing new skills.
- Be a detailoriented individual who is enthusiastic about supporting pupils, teachers and schools throughout the country.

Essential:
Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
Applications from those who speak languages other than English, especially Scottish Gaelic, are encouraged but not essential.
