Salary:
Negotiable, DOE + Bonus

Hours: 40 hours per week 08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday


We are recruiting on behalf of a UK leading Manufacturer, with distribution centres throughout the UK, who are looking to employ a Customer Experience Associate to join their successful team in Leeds.


Responsibilities:


  • Receiving & placing customer orders
  • Progress chasing
  • Liaising with customers, providing excellent levels customer service
  • Processing returns in line with company policy
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints
  • Logging, investigating and resolving debit notes raised by customers
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Updating schedules

Experience/Skills:


  • Previous customer service experience
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Purchase order processing and purchasing invoicing experience
  • Stock Control knowledge
  • Positive manner with ability to build customer intimacy
  • Good I.T. skills
