Responsibilities:

As a spare parts administrator, your regular duties will include:

  • Processing spare component orders, checking order information, and working with the technical team.
  • Encourage an attitude of continual improvement by searching for ways to make your stores better.
  • Keep in frequent contact with the spare parts department of our customer, tracking delivery time lines and organising any necessary steps.
  • Assuring compliance with corporate policies, provide clients with accurate and fast spare part quotations.
  • Before processing and shipping orders, create pro form a invoices and work with the accounts department to guarantee prompt payment.

Requirement:


  • A strong fit is having knowledge of Microsoft package administration, including auditing and billing.
  • Having experience in the Engineering/Automation/ Automated Warehousing or similar industry
  • Must have Forklift Licence.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of cost spends & budgeting.
