We are a Construction and Home improvement company specialising in residential renovations and maintenance. We are seeking an experienced tradesman to join our team as a sub contractor.

Responsibilities:

Perform various tasks related to your trade, including installation, repair, and maintenance
Communicate effectively with the project manager and other team members
Meet project deadlines and budgets
Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in your trade
Valid qualifacations (where applicable) and insurance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
We are looking for all trades to work with
Decorators

Joiners
Electricians
Plumbers
Landscapers
General maintenance/ Handyman

We are looking to work with professionals indefinitely assuming the relationship is amicable on all sides
Where appropriate we shall need copies of Certificates and qualifactions for specific trades
