RPS is looking for anAccounts Assistant to join our Energy EAME business, based at our Woking office. You will be providing accounting and financial assistance and support for the Operations and Sites Businesses.

What you'll be doing
- Raising sales invoices and credit notes in line with purchase orders and authority limits
- Coding and processing purchase ledger invoices and obtaining approvals in line with authority limits
- Reviewing project detail reports and matching project costs to revenue
- Assisting the Finance Manager with the month end close
- Providing holiday cover to other Accounts assistants
- Performing accounting and administration duties related to the processing of accounts
- Dealing with internal and external finance queries
Who we are looking for
- You will have some experience working within Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- You will have an excellent attention to detail
- You'll have good literacy & numeracy skills
- Good competency in using MS Office (particularly Excel)
- You will have the ability to communicate well and develop successful relationships with key stakeholders
