The role


The role of Marketing Executive will proactively work with the Marketing Director on the delivery of the marketing strategy, ensuring that all campaigns are in line with Company branding and tone of voice.

You will be a self-starter and curious, to identify the best marketing opportunities.


You will be required to engage with internal stakeholders to identify content opportunities and understand the technical aspects of products that you are writing about.

You will need be an excellent communicator with a level of tenacity.


As our Marketing Executive, you will contribute to the success of the business through effective researching and identification of our target market, enabling us to supply relevant and effective content, resulting in a pipeline of leads.

It is crucial, therefore, that you are analytical and innovative.

  • Utilise and identify data sources to identify the companies target market in order to supply relevant and appropriate content;
  • Create technically accurate content, both written and video, to showcase the Companies achievements;
  • Liaise with internal departments to create and deliver a monthly newsletter for prospective clientele;
  • Liaise with internal departments to identify opportunities for collecting photography and video content in the workshop;
  • Maximise SEO through active management of the Company website;
  • Analyse marketing campaign data to identify successful and unsuccessful content and realign ongoing content plans accordingly;
  • Create and deliver an ongoing social media content calendar;
  • Research and utilise related industry news for campaigns;
  • Ensure that Company content is accurate, consistent and compliant;
  • Liaise with the HR department to create eye catching recruitment campaigns for the Company website and social media;
  • Proactively monitor analytics on socials and search engines;
  • Support the marketing team with the organisation and coordination of any external/internal events including, but not limited to, trade shows, events and open days;
  • Support office activities by fielding incoming calls when necessary, and greeting visitors.

About you

  • Marketing related qualification and demonstrable experience in a similar role;
  • Proven experience with increasing engagement and following on various social platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter;
  • Having marketing experience within an engineering and/or manufacturing background would be extremely advantageous;
  • Working knowledge of SEO;
  • Ability to edit video and photos utilising the most appropriate editing software;
  • Ability to review analytics utilising a number of platforms, including Google analytics;
  • Able to produce quality and accurate technical written content in English;
  • Ability to problem solve and find creative solutions;
  • Experience using Microsoft packages
  • Word, Excel, Powerpoint;
  • Ability to pick up internal software quickly;
  • Proficient in design software
- adobe, photoshop etc.

£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
