Competitive basic salary OTE £80,000 -£100K commission up to 40% on placements

Are you currently working in a Construction or Built environment Desk?

If so, we're looking for a passionate Senior or Principal Consultant who wants a rewarding career which allows for develop into management.

We are also looking to speak to divisional Managers who have experience leading teams.


Our Multi-sector recruitment business, Novax Recruitment, is looking for ambitious Recruitment Managers to join our expanding perm and contract teams.

As our Recruitment Manager, you will be leading from the front, whilst growing and establishing your successfuldesk.

Every day you will

  • Growing and driving your team to hit and exceed sales targets, whilst maintaining a focus on customer service and retention.
  • Provide effective leadership, motivation, and guidance, with onthejob coaching and training, helping Consultants to grow the desk and develop their recruitment careers.
  • Develop and maintain seniorlevel relationships with key customers and target organisations to win new business opportunities.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have

  • A successful background within the recruitment industry, with the ability to work in fastpaced environments.
  • The ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team, with examples of when you have coached and mentored individuals to achieve more
  • A proven track record of success and billings in a recruitment role
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence others
