Training Consultant in the UK, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing support, while also enjoying the satisfaction of being part of a unique culture.


What You'll Be Doing:

The training consultant-non technical will deliver sales, product and management and leadership training.

This incumbent is responsible for some design and development, including delivery of key parts of the Henry Ford Academy curriculum, working with product experts, the Commercial Training lead, Senior Training and Development Consultants and reporting to the Curriculum Manager.

The training consultant-non technical ensures all learning interventions meet the requirements of the client and key stakeholders. The Training Consultant - non technical will also have experience in delivering training from both classroom and digital environments.


During a Typical Day, You'll:


Support the Curriculum Manager in the design and delivery of learning interventions to achieve the strategic goals of the organization, ensuring all training is aligned to industry standards (e.g. IMI).

(List below is not exhaustive)
:


  • Delivery and facilitation of highquality training interventions and events using various techniques, meeting delivery targets against business KPI's.
  • Design of training that utilises new creative techniques to push the boundaries of traditional training delivery.
  • Liaise with Curriculum Manager and Commercial Training Lead, to assist in producing and delivering a suite of training solutions that covers the 4 key areas of the nontechnical curriculum
  • Research, design and update existing materials, and deliver all nontechnical courses and programs in line with the Ford business requirements.
  • Knowledge and use of the latest training technologies which can be used to increase learner engagement and participation.
  • Ensure the latest thinking and best practice training techniques are used to ensure that client's expectations are exceeded.

Experience:


  • Proven experience of training delivery and design in product, sales, M&L.
  • Ability to demonstrate a flexible facilitative and engaging delivery style.
  • Have an enthusiastic interest in the automotive L&D industry including Electric Vehicle market.
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK when required (including overnight stays).

Technology:


  • Extensive systems and process knowledge.
  • Excellent Computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of LMS Systems.
  • Knowledge of digital delivery platforms.
  • Work with the Development and Digital team to deliver blended learning solutions.

Education:


  • Proven experience in training design and delivery
  • Experience of working in complexchange orientated environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Recognised training qualification desirable
  • Qualified to degree standard or equivalent industry experience desirable
