Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
  • Prepare insurance quotes and proposals for new and existing clients
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure that all documentation is uptodate
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Work closely with the wider team to identify opportunities for business growth and crossselling

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • An understanding of HNW and Private Client insurance products and services
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
  • Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g. CII) are desirable but not essential
