Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Prepare insurance quotes and proposals for new and existing clients
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure that all documentation is uptodate
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Work closely with the wider team to identify opportunities for business growth and crossselling
Qualifications and Requirements:
- An understanding of HNW and Private Client insurance products and services
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g. CII) are desirable but not essential
