Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and products to various locations. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and excellent communication skills. The position is for Full-Time with the potential of 50-60 drops a day. You must be methodical, good health and good sense. Must have a clean driving license. Monday - Friday only. Day times.


Duties:


  • Safely operate a delivery van to transport goods to designated locations
  • Load and unload products from the van
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
  • Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues
  • Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate delivery records
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues or malfunctions

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus

Pay:
£11.50-£11.70 per hour
