Are you an experienced 2nd line IT Support Analyst needing a step up?About the Company
Responsibilities:
- To work closely with the support and infrastructure teams globally at the direction of the line manager.
- Record and respond to support tickets with SLA.
- Strong indepth knowledge to provide support on Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SCCM, McAfee, Microsoft Office, Windows, IOS and Android devices.
- Provide hardware support for desktops, printers and peripherals, including diagnosis and, where appropriate resolution before outsourcing to third parties.
- Experience using Group Policy and PowerShell scripting to be able to provide support.
- Providing support for Cisco VOIP, including CUCM administration. Knowledge and understanding to provide support on voice recording systems.
- Act as a first port of call for all users for software in a standard build and bespoke / specialised software
- 34 years' experience
- Knowledge of UC platforms and interoperability
- Microsoft tech stack
